With international exposure across various sectors, she has bagged several accolades, including being a team member of Peru's first Bio avocado export to Japan in 2021 and earning the CEO Recognition Award in 2018 at SCA. Joined with the ambition of contributing to an exciting early-stage project. Passionate about connecting with people, empowering the team, and orchestrating backstage. Outside work, Martha’s joys are travel, food, and music. Guiding her is the Latin adage, “Tempora mutantur, nos et mutamur in illis” – signifying adaptability in changing times

Boasting 12 years at Crowdranking, Mathias has honed his skills across diverse technologies such as Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, React, and Rust, contributing to the development of REST-based web services, chatbots, and document analysis tools. Passionate about crafting seamless and valued software, He is dedicated to contributing to the company's success. Outside work, Mathias relishes long bike rides, gaming, and indulging in science podcasts. His guiding principle? Crafting software that resonates with users and stands the test of time.
